Multi Word Search Engine
A tool used to send information from resumes in various folders to Access such as skills, e-mail, phone number, or search resumes in a folder for various search words. Comes zipped with database with about 75 fields like 'Oracle, Java, Visual Basic,'etc. Good tool for technical recruiting.
A simpler tool than the Resume Manager, this lets you search folders for multiple search words, then creates a table in Word with hyperlinks to documents in that folder containing search words as well as e-mail and phone numbers contained in those documents. NOTE: The Resume Manager also contains this feature.
